Shipping & Processing
Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the united states only.
Do you have local pickup?
Yes we offer local pickup if you select that option at checkout.
You will be notified when your order is ready for pick-up. This is by appointment only.

What is your processing time?
Our current turnaround time is 8 business days. This does not include shipping time. If you do need an order sooner than the given estimated arrival date, please consider purchasing our rush order add on which will speed up processing and shipping speed.
Orders & Returns
Can I cancel my order?
Cancellations are only allowed 1 hour after placing an order. After one hour, we are unable to make changes to your order.
Can I view a proof of my order?
If you would like to see a proof please note that in your order. Proofs will be sent after purchase and 1-2 days before we embroider. If we do not receive approval within 1-2 days after proof is sent, we will proceed with given proof.
Do you accept returns?
Due to the customization process, we are unable to allow returns unless it is a shop error. If an error occurs please contact customer service.
Product Care
How do I care for my embroidered garment?
Wash with warm water and mild detergent. Tumble dry on low.
